File handoff

A clean production handoff.

Press-ready PDFs are preferred unless packaged native files are requested. A few clear identifiers prevent version and production-layer confusion.

  1. 01 Name files clearly

Include the project, piece, version, language, size, or date when relevant. Clearly distinguish final artwork from reference files.

  2. 02 Package native artwork

When source files are requested, include fonts and linked graphics. Combine the complete package into one clearly named ZIP file.

  3. 03 Identify production layers

Clearly label dielines, cut paths, folds, white ink, varnish, foil, and other production-specific elements.

  4. 04 Call out revisions

Send a complete replacement file, identify the current version, and briefly note what changed.

Sensitive information: contact Execuprint before uploading so the appropriate transfer and handling method can be confirmed.
