Provide what you know. Complete specifications are welcome, but they are not required to ask a question or begin a quote.
Format and size
Pouch style, finished dimensions, gusset, fill weight or volume, and any known equipment requirements.
Material requirements
An existing structure is helpful. Otherwise, include any known barrier, appearance or documentation needs.
Quantities and versions
Quantity per design, total number of SKUs, expected reorders, destination and requested delivery date.

An existing specification or finished sample is the safest starting point. If one is not available, tell us the product, filling conditions, desired appearance and protection requirements you know. We can review available choices and identify what still needs to be confirmed.
Special appearance, testing or documentation requirements should be identified during quoting rather than assumed to be standard.
Final product compatibility, filling performance and shelf-life expectations should be validated with the actual product and process.
- Current structure Send the full material construction, previous purchase specification or a finished sample when available.
- Protection needs Include barrier, product-contact or filling requirements already established by the brand, filler or product testing.
- Requested appearance Clear, white, metallized, matte, gloss, windows and other appearance requests can be reviewed for availability.
- Documents or testing Tell us what is required before quoting so availability can be confirmed for the proposed product and material.

Common Buyer Questions
Useful answers before the project begins.
Can you match an existing pouch specification?
We can review an existing structure, dieline and finished sample. Whether it can be matched exactly must be confirmed during quoting. Any proposed alternative should be identified before production.
Can several SKUs be produced together?
Often, yes. The answer depends on common size and structure, quantity per version, total program volume, print method and changeover requirements. Include every SKU when requesting pricing so the program can be evaluated together.
What proof or sample should we expect?
The quote should identify the proof or sample included. Additional color proofs, unprinted samples, prototypes or production-material samples can be requested, with availability and cost confirmed before the order.
How are lead times determined?
Structure availability, tooling, print method, pouch conversion, quantity and current production capacity all affect timing. Lead time should be confirmed for the specific project and normally begins after the required approvals and material confirmation.
Can you help when the structure has not been selected?
Share the product, filling conditions, package size, protection requirements, distribution environment and expected volume. We can review possible options and identify open questions, but final suitability may require testing with the actual product and filling process.
