File Prep & Proofing


  • Preferred file: Print-ready PDF (required for digital workflow + imposition).
  • Bleed: Add .125" bleed on all sides for full-bleed pieces.
  • Images: 300 dpi recommended at final size.
  • Color: Convert RGB → CMYK for print; spot colors via PMS when needed.
  • Multi-page PDFs: Reader spreads (sequential order) preferred; imposition handles printer spreads.
