Digital Printing

Projects with short, quick turnarounds – such as color booklets, manuals, flyers, brochures, and business cards – can all be run quickly and economically on our Heidelberg Versafire production machine. A new trend in advertising is the use of one-to-one marketing through variable data software. Direct, personalized, point-of-contact marketing can easily be accomplished by integrating your customer database into the final printed project. Many clients find that their short-run printing needs are best satisfied through digital reproduction due to cost effectiveness and speed of turn-around.

Labels

Custom Labels on rolls or sheets. Printed both digitally or flexo. Produced for the packaging, beverage (wine), food, health, beauty, lawn and garden industries. Printed on variety of material, from paper (coated or uncoated) to vinyl with finishing options such, custom sizes and shapes, foil (Gold, Silver, Red, Blue), Raised UV, lamination or variable data. Quantities from 500 to millions. 

Wide Format Printing

We love wide format printing. The impact is so unique. We can print on a range of substrates, from flexible vinyl, to sturdy metals, wood and plastics. We also produce all of our wide format printing using UV inks (which gives longevity to the printed pieces) and for those special projects, we are able to print on clear and dark substrates using white ink. And with our new Zund cutter, all these products could be custom cut to any shape you want.

We have custom developed software to help us estimate complex shipping requests - accurately and quickly. We have the ability to produce custom boxes, that will best fit your project, reducing wasted space and could reduce your overall shipping cost. When your order ships, you will received a document with all the shipping details you needs such as tracking numbers, and cost. 

 Packaging

Custom packaging from rigid to corrugated boxes printed digitally and cut to fit your exact size requirements. Digital printing helps reduce waste, our materials specially the corrugated are light and recyclable, reducing shipping costs while also cutting carbon footprint.
