Where the story began
Evelyn Osmon started a small neighborhood print shop called Thee Printing Place. The exact year is not part of the record we have, but it was a few years before 1978.
Our story
A family business, built one step at a time.
Execuprint’s story began in the 1970s. Our family became part of it in 1999, grateful for the foundation already in place and committed to carrying it forward with care.
Why we are here
To honor God and serve people well.
This is not separate from how we run the business. It means working with integrity, caring for customers and employees, and taking responsibility for the work placed in our hands.
We will not always be perfect, but we want to be honest, responsive, and willing to make things right.

Our timeline
The story, in order.
The company changed hands, our family started over in a new country, and the business grew as the work allowed. Each chapter matters to the one that followed.
1978
Clarice and Norman Shapiro
On May 1, Clarice and Norman purchased Thee Printing Place from Evelyn. They cared for the company and its customers for more than two decades.
1986
Amin’s printing roots
Before coming to the United States, Amin worked in printing-equipment sales and was named Ryobi World Salesman of the Year.
1987
Execuprint, Inc.
On July 2, the business was incorporated and Thee Printing Place became Execuprint, Inc.
1997
Starting over
Amin, Esther, and their family moved from Egypt to the United States. It was a major transition, and they learned a new country and a new way of doing business together.
1999
A new family chapter
In April, the Farag family purchased Execuprint from Clarice and Norman. They carried the company forward with faith, hard work, gratitude, and care for people.
2006
Our first Heidelberg
Execuprint purchased a two-color Heidelberg press. It often ran two shifts, and four-color work required two passes, but it helped the company take an important step forward.
2008
More room to work
The company moved into a 6,000-plus-square-foot facility in Chatsworth and later expanded its warehouse space as the work grew.
2015–16
Wide format and digital cutting
A first large-format inkjet was followed by a 10-foot VUTEk and a Zünd digital cutting system, opening the door to more signage, displays, and specialty work.
2019
More production capacity
Growing demand led to another investment in high-speed, full-color wide-format production.
2022
A new home in Valencia
Execuprint moved into its 17,000-square-foot facility, creating more room for production, finishing, kitting, fulfillment, and shipping.
2023
HP Indigo 15K
The new digital press expanded the company’s commercial print, variable-data, specialty-stock, and on-demand capabilities.
The people behind the business
Family has always been personal here.
The work matters, but so do the people doing it and the people we are doing it for.
Amin & Esther Farag
The values at the center of the company.
Amin brought a background in printing equipment. Esther had been a schoolteacher and carried the same care for people into the family business. She often said, “I am not in it for the income, I am in it for the outcome.”
These days, their favorite time is any time spent with their grandchildren. Their influence is still felt in how we care for customers, employees, and one another.
Bassem Farag
VP of Manufacturing
Bassem has always enjoyed hands-on work and machinery. He oversees manufacturing with an emphasis on unity, practical problem-solving, and excellence. Away from work, he would happily spend the day fishing.
Michael Farag
VP of Finance & Business Development
Michael works closely with customers and helps guide how the company grows. He is married to his childhood sweetheart, Nora, and they have two children, Caleb and Grace. He still likes to imagine a professional soccer career was possible.
