Our process

Built around the way complex print rollouts actually move.

For agency and brand programs, the job is rarely just print. Versions, color, finishing, pack-outs, store lists, approvals, and launch dates all have to stay aligned. Our process keeps those details moving together.

National distribution

Clear ownership

The job changes hands. The information should not.

The estimator builds the scope and price. After approval, a project manager takes over the production details and becomes your main contact for the active job.

Before approval

Estimating

We review the full program: specifications, versions, materials, finishing, pack-outs, destinations, freight, and timing.

After approval

Project management

Your project manager confirms the approved plan and coordinates prepress, production, finishing, kitting, mailing, and shipping.

You should not need to re-explain the program. The approved scope, assumptions, files, and distribution details move forward with the order.

Program workflow

One plan from scope through rollout.

The workflow scales with the project—from one national version to hundreds of store-specific packs.

01

Scope the rollout

Send the brief and the specifications you have. We can begin before every file or store list is final, as long as the open items are identified.

  • Product specifications
  • Version & quantity matrix
  • Color standards
  • Finishing & pack-out
  • In-store or in-hand date
  • Locations or ship matrix
02

Build the quote around the finished job

We review print, finishing, assembly, packaging, kitting, mailing, and distribution together. The quote identifies what is included and calls out any assumptions.

03

Confirm the production plan

After approval, your project manager confirms the files, versions, quantities, color references, proof plan, pack-out, ship matrix, and critical dates.

04

Proof what matters

Prepress checks the production files and prepares the right proof for content, color, structure, fit, or pack-out. Questions are raised before the job is released.

05

Produce, finish, and assemble

After approval, we schedule the work, manage versions, and check the job as it moves through print, finishing, counting, and assembly.

06

Pack by location and distribute

We build kits to the approved instructions, label by destination, coordinate mailing when needed, and provide the relevant shipping details when the rollout leaves.

Proofing

Choose the proof around what needs approval.

A national rollout may need more than one proof type. We’ll help separate content approval from color, structure, and pack-out approval.

01

PDF proof

For content, versions, page order, positioning, and layout. A PDF proof is not a color-accurate press proof.

02

Epson color proof

A controlled physical reference for brand-critical color before production.

03

Mockup or prototype

For checking structure, folds, fit, assembly, installation, or the contents of a representative kit.

Production is released after written approval. The schedule begins once the required approvals, materials, and final program data are in place.

Scheduling

Start with the in-store or in-hand date.

We plan backward from the delivery date, allowing time for approvals, materials, production, finishing, kitting, and transit. Large rollouts are scheduled around the full scope and ship matrix.

Many straightforward jobs are completed in about five business days after proof approval. If the schedule is tighter, ask early. We run two production shifts and will tell you what is realistic after reviewing the job.

Plan backward from launch

Production, kitting, and transit all need room inside the schedule.

Approval dates matter

Late art, proof, or distribution data can move the delivery date.

Two production shifts

Additional production hours give us flexibility when the work and timing align.

One source of truth

What keeps a national rollout clean.

Clean version control and one approved set of program data help everyone work from the same plan.

01

Final artwork named clearly by version, SKU, size, or location.

02

A quantity matrix that matches the pack-out and ship list.

03

One consolidated proof response from the authorized approver.

04

Final store, mail, installation, or distribution data by the agreed lock date.

Planning a rollout?

Send the brief, specs, and distribution plan.

The program does not need to be fully locked before we begin the conversation. Send what you have, identify what is still moving, and we’ll help build a workable production path.
