Why Execuprint Moved

 To Our Valued Customers . . .

By now you might have heard . . . and if you haven’t, please allow us to share the news.  Execuprint has finally moved to one building in Santa Clarita, California!  Beginning March 1st, 2022, our new address will be 24963 Avenue Tibbitts, Santa Clarita, CA 91355.

For the past several years, we have been blessed with the availability of additional space that was right down the way from our main address.  It was very convenient and affordable.  It allowed us to grow, add equipment and various services.  We had two buildings dedicated to production and one building for fulfillment.  It has been great but also challenging in many ways. Imagine managing a business with equipment and staff in three different locations.

So why are we moving?  Here are a few reasons: The opportunity to conduct business all under one roof will help us to be much more efficient, give us a sense of “togetherness” and help us grow the Execuprint to new levels.

Allow us to dive in a bit deeper . . .

•     Efficiency:  There were many hours spent moving material in and out of buildings.  We can now look forward to managing the business under one roof in one building – making our workflow much more efficient.  We are also going to have ample electricity and additional office space.

•     “Togetherness”:  Bringing all of our departments under one roof will greatly enhance our sense of unity and help with better, quicker and more effective communication.

•     Growth:  Our present location offered limited growth and expansion.  We needed to create greater capacity, particularly in our finishing department. This is where we have experienced the biggest bottle neck.  We will be installing a new and faster Zund cutter which will more than double our
current output.

One of the main concerns our customers might have is how this move may effect our business relationship.  What we would like you to know is that we will do everything within our power to serve you -- just as we have before!

Here are a few things we are going to be doing to help make this transition as easy as possible:

•     We will be working with carriers to make routine deliveries throughout the San Fernando Valley.  We have clients and vendors in the San Fernando Valley with whom we will continue a strong working relationship.

•     We have staff members that live in the San Fernando Valley area.  We can arrange for them to take work with them for delivery on their regular commute home.

•     FedEx ground service has a one-day transit to the San Fernando Valley from Santa Clarita.  For some clients, this option might be most convenient. We will do what we can from a job scheduling perspective to complete work early enough to allow time to use this service whenever possible.

•     We will also be partnering with printers in the area to assist us with print needs that we no longer produce in house.

•     And, of course, you are always welcome to visit our new location.  We would love to show you around!

If you have any questions, or would like to know more, please do not hesitate to email or give us a call. As always, we look forward to continuing to service all of your print needs.
